What is the minimum order?

Minimums depend on the method. Screen print starts at 25 units, while embroidery, DTG and DTF start at 10. You can mix sizes and colours to reach the minimum.

Which decoration method should I choose?

Screen print suits bold logos on larger runs and gives the best per unit price. Embroidery is a premium stitched finish for caps and left chest logos. DTG handles detailed, full colour art on smaller runs. DTF is a versatile transfer that works on almost any fabric or colour, including darks. If you are unsure, upload your art and we will recommend the best fit.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result. High resolution PNG at 300 dpi at print size also works well for DTG and DTF. If your file is not print ready, our team will tidy it and include it with your proof for approval.

How does pricing work?

You pay for the garments plus a decoration cost per print, and a one off setup for screen print and embroidery. Garment pricing drops at 10 and 50 units, shown in the price grid. Decoration also gets cheaper at higher volumes. All prices are shown ex GST.

What is a setup fee, and can I avoid it?

Setup covers preparing your screens or digitising your logo for stitching. It is charged once per design. If you reorder the same artwork, tick the repeat order option so we reuse your existing screens or file at a reduced setup.

Do I get to see a proof before you print?

Yes. Payment secures your order, then we prepare a digital proof of your artwork on the garment. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

What is an underbase, and why is it added?

On non-white garments we print a white base layer under your artwork so the colours stay bright and true. It is added automatically when needed and counts as one extra screen at setup.

Can I print on the front and back?

Yes. Choose front, back or both under placement, then position your artwork on each side. Both sides are priced as separate prints.

How long does it take?

Turnaround depends on the method and order size. Once your proof is approved, most orders are produced and dispatched within our standard production window. Contact us if you have a firm deadline and we will confirm what is possible.
